The objective of this scientific research is to
study the link between the practices of personal development and organizational
behavior according to the representations of HR managers at the level of
Moroccan organizations and companies.
The results of our research show that HR
managers are fully aware of the strong link between personal development
practices and organizational behavior, i.e., by practicing personal development
in the organizational environment we can positively influence organizational
behavior, but this requires an HR strategy that takes into consideration the
quality of personal development plans, particularly with regard to guidance,
evaluation and monitoring of this type of practice.
